Yeah i had a lawyer that i thought was a jackass. He ended up getting me off probation and got an intent to distribute charge dropped. The better the lawyer the better the deal you'll get. As fars as not smoking. Don't give up... the longer you go without smoking the better that first toke will be. Imagine, You'll get to feel what its like to first smoke again. Thats what i did.
