It's not true that the only way to be immortal is to leave behind a legacy. Nobody's immortal. Even if you leave a great impact on planet earth, planet earth won't always be here... The human race will be extinct some time. I mean, a huge meteor could obliterate us, and even if that doesn't happen we'll eventually be swallowed up by the sun.
