Philosopher in the making?

That was quite an interesting piece of writing. I'd love to be able to talk to my friends like that, and on similar topics, but they're either uninterested, unable to grasp what I'm saying, or just plain drug-fucked stoners. Deep philosophy just doesn't seem like something 15 year olds want to talk about. Fuck. Oh well, too bad for me, I guess.

Gnostic, if you must apply a term.

Not to be confused with Agnostic, which means a person believes in there being no point in thinking about otherworldly matters, and that you can never know past your 5 senses.

Gnostics, however, acknowledge that there is a higher power, we just don't have any organized religion so they lump us all together.

I'm pretty sure Agnosticism means when you don't believe there's enough evidence to prove there's a god or not. A lot less 'direct' then Athiesm. I read half of it, maybe one day I'll get really high and finish it.

it seems like you're doing all the talking... honestly when i picture this conversation taking place it reminds me of the kanye west/mike meyers scene when kanye west goes nuts about the katrina aid and bush on live tv... but you are kanye west and instead of a political rant it's philosophy and your cousin is mike meyers not knowing what to say and just saying yep, um yes... yeah..

penguin, i gotta get soething off my chest first.. i have read all your posts, searching and searching for one that would give off an indication that you aren't the most self-absorbed perasn i've ever seen. You're always running your motuh trying to show how smart you are. That post does not exist, and this post just solidifies my argument. WHY would you post that if you you didnt expect people to read it? It's not true that the only way to be immortal is to leave behind a legacy. Nobody's immortal. Even if you leave a great impact on planet earth, planet earth won't always be here... The human race will be extinct some time. I mean, a huge meteor could obliterate us, and even if that doesn't happen we'll eventually be swallowed up by the sun.

Actually the only reason i posted that is because i knew everyone on here was going to love it becuase you have made all these E relationships with them and plus i knew you were going to show me the loop holes in your wording that make me look like a jackass, good thing that was my intent, I never said i regretted reading it i did it on my own accord, i never even said i didnt like it. In fact....i loved it

keep up the good work but one question...what do all your friends OUTSIDE of the interent think of this conversation? weve heard paiges input but what do all your real life friends think?
