That's really shitty y'know.. If I were to get a tattoo I'd make sure I'd like it for the rest of my life and if/when I'm an old man I could cover it up easily if I didn't want people seeing it.
Use a blowtorch and a pick-axe, it works so much better!

but nope I dont think there is a way to get rid of them without scaring or laser shit.

just tattoo over it.. I've 18 tatts and a few have been covered up with new designs. it will cost ya no more than the original tattoo and imho looks better than huge scars. Buy some cheap ink on ebay and give a friend a needle
