I'll keep it short and sweet. This is my first grow, and it's been quite the learning process! I've probably done a ton of things wrong, which is why my plants are having these problems.

I'm using some bagseed from some schwag I had. These were the only seeds I've ever come across, so it's what I used. The plants are exactly one month from sprout in these pictures. I'm using Jungle Growth soil with about 1/5 perlite mixed in.

Watering has been with tapwater, which I think was a huge problem. I have a PH tester and it looks like my PH has been really high, like in the upper 7's. I bought some PH down which appears to just be sodium bisulfate. Would this be safe to use? It will also apparently neutralize some of the chlorine in the tapwater. I've barely used any ferts, just some MG Plant food that I watered down bigtime.

Humidity used to be pretty low, about 38%. I bought a humidifier a couple days ago, now it's up to a more comfortable 48-52%.

Temps used to be in the mid 80's, until I made my new ventilation setup. Temps now reach about 80-82F during the day, and get down to 76-78 during the night. Plants are very well ventilated and are always flutterin the breeze.

You'll notice I have/had what appears to be a MG deficiency. I bought some magnesium salts and watered a bit with them. I also foliar sprayed with it, but due to a misleading website, ended up with spraying them with way too high of a concentration. I don't think it permantly fucked them up, there is just some white stuff on some of the leaves.

Lighting is CFL. There has been a total of about 260-300W in the cabinet. about 200 of those watts are in the warm spectrum, the other 80w or so are blue and full spectrum.

You can see that one plant is doing way better than the other. It's incredibly dense and bushy. I'm really hoping it will pull through and give me some nice bud in the end. I'm afraid it's going to be a male though with all the stress it's gone through. It seems to be doing better now. There are a ton of new growths on every single branch and node, and the MG deficiency seems to have stopped. There are some brown spots, but for the most part the new growth seems nice and healthy. It is a bit droopy, but I think I just overwatered a bit. They were transplanted into those 2 gallon pots about a week ago, and I haven't watered since the initial transplant. Soil is still moist so I guess it's good.

I'm guessing the other plant has a nitrogen deficiency or something based on the yellowing and lime greenness. I don't know what all those brown spots are either, mg deficiency or something. Any hints on that?

To give you an idea of their size, they are both about 7-8" tall, and the big one is about 10" in diameter at the widest point.

I'm probably going to veg for another 2-3 weeks and then go to 12/12 and do LST.
