MH without a doubt in my book, I really do like the MH bulb, I think it is a great all rounder

However MH for vegitive and then HPS for flowering is the best combination

just get the son agro I think those bulbs have a full spectrum HID light so one should be ok if they want to go through out the whole process with just 1 bulb

both mh for veg hps for flower or cfl for veg hps for flower or interchangable ballest and seprate bulbs it all depends on how your setup and what your willing to invest...
