what it is, is a steam roller, that has water/ice filter to sooth the smoke, so you get the smoothness of a normal toke, instead of choke with conventional steam rollers.

ok so first you'd have to gather materials...
2 acrylic tubes (look at parts list for specific info) , about a foot long of hose, it is imparitive you don't just use thin fish tubing, 2 disks of same material the same diamter as the bigger acrylic tube, non-smell caulk, or hotglue or somethign similar to put peices together, a bowl, a gatorade sports cap type lid, and a way to cut the acrylic material.

ok start by visually laying it all out... then your first step would to fit the disks onto both sides of the bigger tube without adhesive, then estimate where you need to make holes in the top disk to make room for the smaller acrylic tube and the gatorade sports cap, remember to be as exact as possible.. this will help with the general seal of it all, and with out a perfect seal on every peice of this, it just isn't going to work.
after you get them cut out right, stand the larger tube up on one end, put the disk you cut on top, and dry fit that with the sports cap and the smaller acrylic tube, if everythin glooks good and clean move on.

next, on the disk with the holes in it, find a way to be able to screw on/off the cap, my best bet would be to cut the top off of the bottle (the thread part) and afix that to the disk above the hole for it, this will be the way to fill/drain this thing) next, dry fit one more time the smaller acrylic tube into this disk, to about where it'll sit permanantly, about 1/2'' up from where they meet will be the hole for the bowl, mark it. again, try to find a way to be able to just unscrew it if possible, well atleast i do, it can be permentnatly afixed if you really want it that way.

now, take the disk where there is no holes in it, and afix it to the bottom of the larger acrylic tube, make sure after you actually put the two peices together wtih adhesive (i.e. trace the outside edge of the tube, like the wall of it where it will actually meet in contact with the disk) then put the two peices together, after it sets where it isn't going to move as long as you handle it carefully, and put a bead around the INSIDE corners of it, set it aside for now.

ok now, this is the part i haven't quite thought of... where the tube goes inside the smaller acrylic tube, you are going tohave to have a way make an airtight seal from the bowl to the tube that goes into the water, you don't want smoke to be able to go straight from the bowl to the small acrylic tube, you want it to go through the tube completely down into the larger acrylic tube, then come back up to go through the smaller acrylic tube to your mouth and eventually, your lungs. so you're on your own, just remember the smoke must travel as designated in idea3.jpg.

next, take the disk with the cuts in it, and set it on it's final resting place on the open end of the larger acrylic tube after doing the same thing where you put adhesive on the actual contact points between the tube and the disk. now, put some of this adhesive somewhere, because since the gun/application device probably won't fit well in this small space, you're going to have to stick some on your finger and stick your fingers in there and do it that way, do that with a good ammount in the corners all the way around and set to dry, once it's dry/set/w/e take the smaller acrylic tube and put it (with the hose for the smoke to travel through going in first) in where it goes, to it's correct depth, and caulk/hotglue this into place, allow this all to set for a good 24 hours before smoking out of it, when it's ready to go screw on the gatoraide cap.

how to smoke from it:
ok well, the cap acts as a carb, but a hands free one, when you're actually hitting it (i.e. lighting the bowl) you close it off, and just hit from it as you would if you were hitting a steam roller (except you dont' have to cover the other end). the smoke will go through the bowl, through the tube, through the water, up to the top of the bottom chamber, then into the top chamber and into your lungs.

I guess it eliminates the need to drill two holes, plus this wasy, you could put the bowl piece further up and have it at a good angle, so you could make it a one man operation, but then you are still stuck with how to clear it... i guess you could attatch a rope or something to a rubber stopper... its a nice concept, but I think that I'd rather smoke some glassware. (perhaps some 2 foot glassware :thumbsup: )
