I'm not for sure...but I dont think a "halogen" is a hps light :P. I could be wrong all I know is I never known it to be called that but it probably would be a good light to get (the one you were talking about). Btw justaseed thats a pretty useful link ^_^.

Halogen lights DO NOT WORK. they're the wrong spectrum and they give off more heat than any plant can handle.

yea i kno i was wondering it got awnsered alrdy lol couple times i went out today and bout 2 new lights cfl's they work good i like them so im adding em with all my other lights also got some ferts today i got some epsom salt and some color burst flowering plant food... iTS 15-30-15
