How much you eat is 100% irrelevant if the food doesn't contain sufficient calories. YOu need protein, complex carbs and good fats to put on quality weight, plus weight training-obviously. If you ate chicken breasts all day you could eat 15 of them and not have nearly enough calories to gain weight, eat calorie dense food.

No offense, but I'm not exactly sure why people would ask you if you use steroids weighing 182lbs @ 6'2. That's considered skinny to most people I know. Of course if you're a swimmer then bulking might not be in your best interests
No, I quit swimming a few years back.. but never lost my muscle mass and tone, and don't. That's what I meant to say lol.
