    I am an American and skinny as hell. What are you talking about? I have no sympathy for fat people because 95% of the time those folks are just lazy and eat garbage all the time. Fat people should wake up and see that they are gonna die at an early age if they don't lose weight. I consider being fat almost as bad as smoking cigerettes.

    Hell yeah, I mean if I ever notice myself losing my tone and getting flabby I'll be like "I'm not gonna eat so much" and stay as I am... but I don't see that happening anytime soon

    Yea consistency is the key. Stuffing your face for 4 days isn't going to do anything. You may weigh more, but that's just food in your system. One lb a week is a good goal to aim for when bulking. Of course this is assuming you are going to the gym on a regular basis and know what to do while you're there. The gym is the easy part. That's only 45-60 minutes of my day. Diet is every hour that you're awake.
