Have some coffe, tea or other caffinated beverage to drink, that should keep you up to notice effects some more. I've tried this before...used 3`whole nutmegs freshly ground (about 3 tablespoons)...Do not drink alcohol with this you will go to sleep....and expect to be grogy the next 24-36 hrs......
