    MH = Blue Specytum = Veg
    HPS = Red/Orange Spectrum = Flowering...

    In the market for 400 hps

    I got mine from specialty-lights.com. Free shipping, arrived in 2 days. Later, I bought a MH conversion bulb. It died, and 2 days later I had a new one before even having to ship the dud back. To me, that's good service.

    If you have the space, light and can control the heat, get 2 400 watt hps. I notice a BIG difference when I added the second one. If you can't handle the heat problem go with one and add a bunch of 100 watt swirly bulbs - At WalMart they cost 5.50 for three.
