Popping/Sparking when burning

I just lit up a bowl and this new weed like pops or sparks when it smokes, even like electri shark. its hard to describe but its nuts.

Ha ha, If seen seeds blow folks joints apart. Lol. Could be that as others said or maybe just really dry buds.
