True.... I've got a closet that's 20" deep, by 40" long... with a 48" height... and I've got a 400W MH and an 600W HPS in there....

As to CFLs' main rule, that sounds good. Never heard it, but it does sound like a good ballpark figure.

CFL, as you say, is great for seedlings and clones... true again.
