Dont panik!

if you are growing in soil give them a flush with PH balanced water at a rate of three times the volume of the tub they are in ie. if you are growing in a 3 gallen bucket then flush with around 9 gallons of water, this will flush any excess nutes from the soil, then either carry on feeding with the correct dose or just continue to water them as required. As far as the taste is concerned providing you dry and cure them propely you shouldn't have a problem.
