I wanna give a shout out to justaseed he set and tried and tried to help me with my plants and i finally said fuck it and i started fuckin with them and blew 2 400w MH so finally i put back in my little light and this is what it has done to them this light has a HIGHER blue spectrum then the 400 watters i had check it out.
