According to this, sand should be ok. Theoretically, it should improve drainage, because it does not absorb water. (thats my theory anyhoo!)
andport Reviewed by andport on . Strange leaf growth I'm pretty new to this game, but I've done a fair bit of research and now I've started my first grow... The first set of leaves to come out of the sprout are getting bigger, but seem to be growing more on one side than the other, making them curve. (see pic) Has anyone seen this before, and is it anything to worry about? The colour looks healthy I think. P.S I'm growing in my closet with 2 growlite tube lights. Rating: 5
