I walked in on a rap battle once, It was purely accidental. The club is usually a gothic S&M club but for some reason it was rap battle night. Anyways i walk in there and i must say, rap battling is pretty damn cool, im not really a big hiphop rap type guy but the freestyle battles are pretty interesting seeing how its all improv, i give props to anyone that can do that. It was coolt he one guy on stage totally blew the other away it was just like 8 mile where the guy had nothing to say and just gave up!

But, all I was trying to say is people always complain about hard life is in the hood. Life is hard in general. Everybody in every part of the world goes through some sort of daily bullshit. LA isn't the only place in history where people die daily over nothing. It is nothing new or impressive or makes me fear the hood. They are normal people, but need to stop blaming other people for their misfortunes. They are the ones causing the problems, yet they want someone else to fix it for them.
