i have a similar problem, my phsycologist calls it sleep-anxiety paralysis. its when my mind will suddenly panics, and jolts me from my sleeping state of mind. suddenly ill get a huge rush of adrenaline and my eyes will shoot open, but my body will not respond physically. its like someone has woken me from sleep very harshly, but my body will stay asleep, i will be literally paralyzed for a few long seconds before my body wakes up. So ill be just laying there with my heart jumping and my mind racing but I cant move my body. All i can do is move my eyes. Ill find myself staring at the ceiling, panicking because I cannot move. She says it my mind panicking from unresolved anxiety, and waking me up conciously but not sending the message of panic to my limbs. anyway, i maditate before bed and this solves the problem. Ive never woken up to hallucination, but sometimes ill wake up not quite sure if I really am awake. its very creepy and it gets worse with sleeping pills.

Crazy Shit while sleeping I don't know if any of you have ever experienced this before but sometimes while i'm sleeping i'll like wake up partially and be half asleep and see something like one time i woke up and saw some weird shape fall onto the ground from my dressor that looked like a cardboard car or something and i went over to check it out and there wasn't anything there. This happened to me several times while I was sleeping and half awake. Are these sleep related hallucinations normal or what? This has never Rating: 5
