color screens vs color spectrum?
Aright.. i did some reading...
http://www.nurturelite.com/extra.htm, if anyone's interested..
now in theatre, on the spotlights they have color screens, to allow only one color light show... since the plant needs red sprectrum, can't we use a red color screen?? they're the same screens used in the 3-d disney movies that come out in the theatre wit the red n blue movie goggles.. they filter out all other colors that only red or blue comes out.. can't we do the same with the plants??sheist Reviewed by sheist on . color screens vs color spectrum? soo i was talkin to by buddy...and we can up with this....why would u do this...u still have to start off with a light with the spectrums that u would need...the only reasoning behind this would to block out the uv rays that cfl's create...well i think soo....how would u do this..i guess it would work the only reasoning to to block a spectrum or a light thats bad for the plants...
