No, not everyone is born with cancer cells, thats the most stupid statement i've ever heard. If everyone was born with cancer cells they'd be dying by the age of 10-15. Cancer is caused when something such as a chemical changes a cells DNA and changes it's function, the cell forgets when to stop multiplying/growing and where it should be in the body. Therefore a tumour(lots of dead cells) grows because the malfunctioning cell keeps multiplying and is being killed off at the same time by the body, the body usually has failsafes against cancer therefore it can kill the malfunctioning cell, but once it has multiplied enough, there is no stopping without some sort of treatment.
