Anyway, it's not the tar in cigs that cause cancer, it's other chemicals, and if it were the tar (which it's not...) then there would be a LOT more cases of lung cancer cus weed has so much. Haven't you heard the statment "smoking 1 joint is like smoking 4 cigs"? Their reffering to the tar containment...

And of course, smoking ANYTHING is bad for you, if your really worried about it though I would suggest a vaporizor or just eating it...

Sick ed sam, loving the name man , ure body naturally fights it off cuz thats what ure body does, the lil hairs become paralysed temporarily by smoke, and smoke is a plume of solid particles that float on the air currents, they condense in ure lungs to tar etc etc.........but when the hairs are activated once again, your lungs naturally clean themselves, because these tiny little hairs are used to catch stray dust particles, and will slowly pass them back up through the trachea (windpipe) where it gets deposited in the throat, either to cough the fuck up, or swallow in to the stomach, the problem with tars in cig smoke is that the commercially graded tobacco is grown with all kinds of inorganic fertz, which contain healthy levels of radioactive particles, namely polonium-210, which breaks down in to two daughter elements lead and radium, these create hotspots in the lung, and am pretty sure prolong the paralysation(is that even a word?) of the tracheal hairs, so they stick around for longer, and effect more cells which increases the risk of infection, or mutation of existing cells in to malignant cells (cancer). The natural organic carcinogen in tobacco smoke I think its called like byzene or summat, could only contribute to 1% of all cancers caused by smoking, and funnily enough the government has never funded a grant to investigate the effects of those radioactive chems and cancer, buddha is organic and doesn't contain any of this, smoking is bad for you yes, but your ass aint made out of glass, and is fairly resilient, plus all cancer rates have only significantly increased over the past 50 years, oddly enough, when they've been using fertz high in radioactive chemicals, which organic materials act as a beacon towards. Organic tobacco is the shit, strong as fuck and relaxing, baccy gets a real bad name, when really you should be blaming the cunts that grow and sell it.

That's because you'd have to smoke a few pounds in one day to OD, and after an ounce or two, you'd pass out first.

    Hope this helps,

Thank u greg my man haha you've helped Cheerz

The hairs are called "cilia", smoking cigarettes damage the cilia in the lungs. Smoking cannabis does not damage cilia. Cannabis is also an anti-cancer agent.

Hope this explained all you needed to know.

weed smoke also stays in the larger passage ways as ciggarette smoke goes into the tiny passage ways.
