IP address maskers?
From HushMail.com, get the Stealth Surfer... it costs $$$.... but there are other options out there...
Search for "free proxies"... that should give you two or three

IP address maskers?
i used to spoof proxies and it does work but takes a lot of extra button-pushing and follow-ups as proxies are usually pulled as soon as they become aware they being spoofed, so it was a constant search to stay current. i found the "k-12" ip's the easiest to spoof but were limited in where they could navigate. this was years ago and things have probably changed since but i'm sure it'll still be a pain, especially if not needed. iow, if you're involved in heavy shit you might find a need for it but if so, why be online in the first place? at least that's my reasoning for stopping my spoofing...

Look at JAP too. Looks similar to TOR.
