How come in order to help people, all cultures, you always want to send them on "missions"? The whole mission thing is awesome.

The whole missionary things bugs me bad, sure we will give you aid, but first you gotta change your religion and build a stone church in the village. Even if you arnt forcing them to convert or giving them a choice to not listen, you are still shoving it in their face, going into a village and tell people your religion is right is so wrong.
