It's like this--The drugs we use were put on this Earth for a reason. For a cure, whether the ailment be spiritual, mental, or physical. Everything has a purpose--Getting high isn't the reason. I was reading up on the Iboga plant in Africa. These people use the root of the plant (which contains the alkaloid, ibogane) for spiritual cleansing and in the West it's used to cure heroin addicts, among others. Nature's cures aren't to be abused, and I think when they are is when Mother Nature steps in. It's an off theory of mine, but for all we know it's true.

Not in anyway am I saying that I'm going to stop smoking marijuana to get me high, but I'm going to utilize the plant/drug to it's full extent. Know what the drug does to you and benefit from it, don't just get high and lay around all day.
