Agree'd.. Your younger years are the one thing in life that you can't wait to get out of.. but miss when they're gone.
I regret not being able to enjoy my childhood to the full extent..but that's another story.
You're to young to be drinking, and still a little to young to be smoking...

the longer you can wait before you smoke again gods honest it will be better, i started at 14 wish i didnt i cant really remember much of those days, every year you wait the less risks you are taking with your mind and you can get to know who you are alot better when you get older, also id say the younger you get into it the more likely youll go for harder drugs as u get older as happened 2 alot of people i kno
but its up to u really, and its hard having 2 choose since u must of been attracted to it because of your parents.
oh yeh the key point i forgot to mention is how much you smoke, i used 2 smoke everyday at 14 but if you kept it to weekends then u are sorted mate

I have a son and in my opinion I would listen if he came and made a case fro his cause.I would highlight the positive things such as your good grades etc..NEVER play the fact she smokes.Present your case without being emotional and I bet she will listen...

I'd say quit smoking now. You're only 13 man. Enjoy what's left of your childhood. You'll have the rest of your life to get stoned, so why rush now.

I think if you sit down and raise some intelligent points that'll they'll probably understand. Mention that you're still doing well in school and socially. That way they think it isn't hindering your maturity or intelligence. Just tell them it's something you do in your spare time and it isn't your number one priority.
