moderate pull....why would you want to complicate the pull of a bong with a vacuum when the intended way is o easy and effective?

I had the same idea...
this is how I envisioned it
Use a pump instead (take a tube from a vacuum, and make a something rubbter attached to a stick or string..something that will keep the air in..pull SLOWLY..to get the most smoke...

oooh... if i add water, the pull would have to be harder.. that might equalize the pull from the vacuum cleaner..
