As far as the legal options....I'm not sure what deferred adjudication IS!! So, I can't help you there. I think it would be great to get your case in front of the media, you have such extreme disabilities and MJ helps you sooo much. Ultimitely it's up to you whether or not you want to put your pretty face in front of the cameras!
    Howdy spacelamb,

Thanx for yer kind words and support..I'll be needing all the prayers I can git !

Basically, deferred adjudication,is like entering a plea of no contest and upon completion of probation,it's supposed to be expunged from my records..but it rarely,if ever, works out that way.

    " Pretty face " ? lol That's a mighty big stretch...lol.

    Have a good one !

    Howdy Jimmy,

    Thanx for yer kind words

Today is the day,I got court at 9 am this mornin..and I have no idea of how it will go or if I should stand up for my rights or if I should just take my punishment and git-r-done. I want the judge to take my disability into account, when deciding what my punishment will be..or else,I need to see about gittin a lawyer to file a motion to suppress the evidence,as it was taken during a 'knock and talk',with no warrant or paper describing what was taken, and no calling card to contact the fed involved or even the local task force.

I would love to pass yer greetings along to nota and heart too,but I ain't heard a peep out of em for months,I hope that they are okay.

I hope and pray, that you and your's are well and that God blesses you and yer family

Have a good one ! :stoned:

    Howdy Y'all,

Well..I'm back from the courthouse. I was the first one to stand before the judge today,he read my charge and said that the punishment was 180 days in jail and 2000$,if convicted. I told him that I'm 100% disabled and that I need the advice and help of an attorney, because the punishment may re-injure my back,so I plead not guilty and he set a court date for April 6 at 9 am. After he dismissed me,I had to ask the bailiff for the application, and he went into the inner circle where the court clerk was at and got me one. He kinda acted surprised that I would request an application right there in the court and I had the feeling that if I hadn't,they would have just let me walk out of there without offering me one.

Now I reckon that I'll call up one more NORML attorney and see whether or not he thinks that I just screwed up everything..if I wasn't disabled,I'd probably just take whatever they threw at me,but since I am,I want to establish my disability with the court,so that if my back does git re-injured because of community service,I can sue the crap out of em.

I just wish that I was better informed about the exact nature of any possible community service I might recieve or what. Just walking to the courthouse and back, has made my pain level go up to around a 7 and I took a BC powder after I got back and I'm waiting on it to kick in,although it don't really do much anyhow.

    Have a good one ...

All the best to you Torog. no reply needed i'm with you buddy. And if you're not making the law, they make it very hard for you to inform yourself. I say fight the power man, get that disability certificate, and sue their asses off. I don't know much about it, but you have an army of cannamen here, ready to go to war!
    Much love.
