DEA administrator Robert Bonner overruled this shift to schedule 2 for political reasons. So they can expect you're going to bring that up, since cannabis activists have used this document a lot, I'm sure the better judge would be aware of this. imo

As for the judge here,I doubt if he's ever faced a activist in his court for medical marijuana,but I reckon that it's 'high' time he did ! lol I'm pretty sure,that the judge I will face,is one of them mean-spirited Christian rednecks,that we have alot of here. The president of D/FW NORML,said that he would be willing to even organize a protest for me,that would sure shock these rednecks around here !

Sweet as pie man, I remember reading it's a beer coolie thing before but everytime I see it, I think it's a flashbang or a smoke grenade or something haha.

Also when you say "100% disabled" I'm quite sure you don't mean Steven Hawking style or anything as "severe" lol..

Yup..I ain't disabled like Hawking is,I'm still ambulatory,but I do need a cane for when I go walking more than a few blocks or if I go to shopping at the 3rd largest wallyworld,which we have here,because Sam's daughter has a ranch here.

Now how in the heck-can ya mistake a beer coolie for a grenade ? lol

I wish that I had a couple crates of frag grenades I reckon smoke and flash-bangs would be useful too,but if I open a can whoop-ass,I want it to be the real deal:thumbsup:

That picture's sweet man, but I was about 80% sure you were just going to put a picture of "Timmy!" there 'cause of me being led to believe you were 100% disabled .


Personally I'd recommend some of those futuristic "sticky" grenades you get on Halo, but as I don't play Halo I dunno what they're called.

I didn't know Texas was considering medical marijuana. Texas is so ultra-conservative(except when it comes to keeping their guns) I didn't think they would ever even entertain the thought. Glad to hear they are!

No maam,I don't have a lawyer yet,I'm in Texas. There's a list of lawyers doing work for NORML in Dallas and I need to find out if any of em will give me a free consult,because I'm too broke to pay attention and when they find that out,they'll probably drop me like a hot potato..lol..if I were a well-to-do feller,it wouldn't be a problem.
