I looked over the catalog hoping for some simple instructions on being taken off the list to no avail. So I guess I will just call them, give my name to 10 different people before hitting the right department, and remove myself. Fun.
lemonboy Reviewed by lemonboy on . Catalogs in the mail?? Is it usual practice for big-name hydroponic suppliers to send you catalogs in the mail after you order from them? Even using a safe address doesn't this raise certain concerns? I've never come across this happening to anyone before so I figured I would say something about it. If it would benefit anyone to know the name of the company I'll be glad to note it but if it's a usual practice and my fault for not knowing to immediately request my name be taken off anything promotional they might or Rating: 5
