Flowering (3/4weeks) no buds/yellow leaves

also, im not getting any bud at all on the main stem (cola?) why is this? im only getting on the brances that come off it.

also, yellowing leafs is still happening, i only have about 2/3 sets of leaves before there is no more on some parts..... what should i do? i could be left with just stalk soon O_O
