DXM Saftey Question

Hey all, ive done DXM once and loved it,

I've skimmed over erowid looking for saftey facts, because im concious about what i put in my body.

how dangerous is dxm if used around 300mgs at maximum twice a month?

any links would be appreciated so you all dont have to do much typing for me

all i know is that like PCP, DXM causes little holes to develop in your brain i will search for a link to this info

Olney's Lesions might result from high doses of dissociatives, but they have not been demonstrated in humans.

So 300mg of DXM twice a month shouldn't cause much of a problem. I've known people to ingest upwards of 400mg daily for weeks at a time and the result was a sort of delerium that faded with abstinence.

Yeah dude the risks aren't that hig. I know people who take it daily. It can be dangerous but there isn't much proof about Onley's lesions.

Make sure you dose according to body weight...mg/kg. 300mg is a high dose for a person that is only 100lbs..but only moderate for a 200lbs person. Not enough is known about it's use over time so be careful. I use about 4-6 times a year. Watch out for hot flashes at higher doses....their a real bitch if your not expecting them.
