I use those lights! You do have to wire them up and figure out a way to mount them. They say 6825 lumens but those are brightness lumens,it's actually 4550 phototropic lumens which is the actual number you are after. They work best for seedlings/early veg or would be great for a mother. I used them for flowering and got quite poor results compared to what an HPS will do. Try to keep them very close to the tops of plants and have a fan blowing across as they do get hot. Also I dont use the clear cover that comes with the light cause you can get the bulb closer to the plants without them. I've actually had the tips of the leaves touching the bulb without burning which is why I suggest a fan. You will get tight internodes if you use this light and keep it as close as you can. Below is a pic of a lower section of a plant grown with that exact light.
