Just got back home from getting my tongue pierced, it feels realy good now but the first think the chic who did it said after it was done was "It's gonna hurt like a bitch tomorrow!" .

Who else has had this done?

I am suprised that people are still doing that these days. I would have thought that wouldnt be popular anymore. I finished high school 10 years ago and it wasnt really "cool" anymore then. Whatever floats your boat I guess.

It'll hurt after a few hours...but it aint nuthin. I smoked 2/3 days after, but everybody'z different so u gotta c urself. N dont play much with it, youll regret later.

I have my tongue and eyebrow done and lemme tell you the key to helping your tongue heal quickly.

KEEP YOUR FINGERS OUT OF YOUR MOUTH!

Dont try to change it till you've had it AT LEAST ten days.

Also, when you change it stick with the stainless barbell. Dont use one with the plastic balls. Just use the shorter one from what they gave you. I believe when i had mine done they put an inch barbell in. That is so your tongue can swell.

The inch long one always hit the roof of my mouth. Use a 3/4 or 5/8 if you can find it once your tongue stops its swelling.

NEVER DRINK BEER!!!! The yeast or barley or something in it causes infection. Its also a good idea to use that salt water mouthwash for a month or so.

Yeah i have my eyebrow done too, i've heard that your tongue heals quicker then your eyebrow so thats good.

welcome to the pierced tongue club, i got mine done around a year or so ago, didnt really hurt much except for the clamps, actually the piercing didnt hurt at all just those damn clamps.

you can smoke weed, i did but i used mouth wash like every 15 mins, the no bodily fluids thing didnt last longer than a day either haha. As for the alcohal, its ok to drink as long as its not a yeast containing brew, you really dont want a yeast infection inside your mouth!
