CATmint or CATnip is for cats, hence the name. They don't smoke it either they just smell it. If humans smell it, it doesn't do anything or they'd have built temples to it then made it illegal. Smoking it probably won't do much harm,but why bother, it doesn't get you high so there is no point smoking it. It is this sort of mentality that makes people get addicted to tobbacco.

As for skullcap, you're venturing into the realms of psychoactivity here. Isn't this a native american smoking herb? I think that you should smoke some bud first before you start experimenting with obscure psychotropics. As for not being able to get bud, you're not trying hard enough. It's everywhere. I once saw this TV program about little eskimo children (who are actually called inuits) smoking it. Well, that wasn't what it was mostly about. I thought it was sweet but the narrator seemed concerned. A strange world we live in. Go to the park look for hippies or proper gangst people (if you are gangst and won't get beats) and ask where you can get herb. Don't engage them in conversation first, or they'll think you're a policeman. Then you'll know the difference between placebo and reality. Actually, you might not, I have a friend who gets placebo effects off all sorts of crap and he smokes a ton. But at least he's happy.
Actually, i AM trying hard. Its been about half a year now that ive been searching and asking people, but no. I know there are ganja smokers here, but you wouldnt know how difficult things are here. Finland is not ganjaland, though US may be. Im sure i will find the right people, but thats gonna take time. Im not completely lost, but its difficult.
And no, there are no hippies nor gangstas here. Nothing like that. There are no groups of people hanging out and smoking herbs in here.
What people usually reply to me, is something like "no" or "i dont support drugs, sorry" or "i cant get any myself either, il inform you if i can get some".

Why are you so desperate to get high?
1. Getting high is fun, and i have been high only three times in my life.
2. I would not have to drink so much booze, and alcohol is not very healthy.
