CATmint or CATnip is for cats, hence the name. They don't smoke it either they just smell it. If humans smell it, it doesn't do anything or they'd have built temples to it then made it illegal. Smoking it probably won't do much harm,but why bother, it doesn't get you high so there is no point smoking it. It is this sort of mentality that makes people get addicted to tobbacco.

As for skullcap, you're venturing into the realms of psychoactivity here. Isn't this a native american smoking herb? I think that you should smoke some bud first before you start experimenting with obscure psychotropics. As for not being able to get bud, you're not trying hard enough. It's everywhere. I once saw this TV program about little eskimo children (who are actually called inuits) smoking it. Well, that wasn't what it was mostly about. I thought it was sweet but the narrator seemed concerned. A strange world we live in. Go to the park look for hippies or proper gangst people (if you are gangst and won't get beats) and ask where you can get herb. Don't engage them in conversation first, or they'll think you're a policeman. Then you'll know the difference between placebo and reality. Actually, you might not, I have a friend who gets placebo effects off all sorts of crap and he smokes a ton. But at least he's happy.
