There are a LOT of substances that get some people so high its worth a mention and some people dont get anything out of it. Yes, people have gotten high from, say, "herbal ecstasy".

back in the day, i went out and purchased an ounce of rolling tobacco and some catmint. I smoke like 4 cigerettes of it. I stood up and felt like i had been hit by some mild salvia. It was sort of cool, hardly noticable, but the smoke tasted really nice and was smooth. overall, it was cool but only someting i would want to do if i was really bored or in an extremely chill mood
