Ok i know there have been many threads about this but i really have a delemor. im typing this stoned so excuse the spelling.

i decide smoking in my room is too risky(dumb) so i take a pipe and started smoking in the kitchen with the esaughst on. my lighter runs outta gas so i go into my dads room for a lighter i go back baked and dont relise iVE dropped my pipe and i make a bong smoke till i was wasted. the next day i ralise i left it on his dressing table and he saw it and had a talk with me. his pretty imformed and didnt bs me. said stop smoking until you 16-17

i want to stop smoking cos i started a bit too young. but its so much fun i love it being wasted with a friend is the best. i dunno what to do i want to smoke but i dont want to upset my dad or mess with my head(at my age i would think i would matter)

what do you think i should do:
1. stop until 16-17
2. smoke ocasionally once every 2 months
3. keep smoking

Keep smoking man, but be very vigilant about where you keep your shit. I was high as hell once and left my weed and my scale on my kitchen table. The next morning I was freaking out because I saw my scale right on the kitchen table and was like "what the fuck, am I really that dumb." I got lucky though cause my weed was in tupperware and my little sis got to it first and threw it in the garbage not knowing what it was. I got it out the trash and was mad lucky that day.

There are certain developmental years that should be sacred though. I think putting it off for now gives you a better chance at enjoying it for the rest of your life.

Just what I was thinking. I started smoking a week or two before i turned 17... and Looking back, I really think even that could have been too early. I know if I decide to go to college in the next year or so, I'm going to regret slacking in school and smoking a lot of pot towards the later part of it.... you're dad was really cool and calm about how he handled it, so I think out of respect for him, you should stop until you're 16 or 17. Good luck with whatever choice you make.

Thanks you guys have been a huge help! ive decided to smoke VERY ocasionally like once every 6 months. but ive promised myself an ounce on my 17 BD.

Pity thats a few years away.. oh well thats life i suppose

Vengence: I'm a mom that has spent the last three days mourning the loss of my son. I had to cut him out of my life because he gets drunk and comes home trying to beat me up. I relized my son was going to do whatever he wanted at an early age. So I let him smoke weed in the house. No alcohol. Sent him to colloege, he got all f's. He just worked me to get the car that went with him to college. He wrecked his life, or at least closed a big door I worked hard to keep open for him. So now, I wonder if I did the wrong thing beung REAL wit my son. Listen to your dad, man. If you can't do what he asks all the time at least respect him for all he does for you and how much he loves you. You're lucky he's in your life. As for age, I started about 15 yrs old. Stopped to have children and become a lawyer. Now I have the luxury to toke it up with a vengence and no mf gonna stop me. I payed my dues and now I play! Don't forget the dues part of the play. Makes playing more fun. Let me ask you this: do You think being real with my kids is wrong? I don't know how else to be.....

Gangagirl, if you let you're son toke up in High School, and he made it to college, then it must have been something else that ruined him, in college.

You got him where you were supposed to take him and when others had a hold of him, something went wrong. If you were to ask most mothers what would happen if they were to let their child do the same thing, they'd have no doubt that their son/daughter would be a loser and a dropout, and never make it to college. If all those kids who came to my parties had stayed home and smoked pot, instead, it would've saved me lots of trouble.

either have enough respect for your parents not to get caught by them or having enough respect for your parents by quitting and respecting their wishes.
