Regarding which cycle is better to break during veg cycle, I'm not sure. If they were my plants, I would prefer to expose them to light during the dark period rather than put them in darkess during the light period (this only applies during vegging). A shortened light period could possibly trigger an unwanted pre-mature flower response.

I'm interested to see what others think, I'm not a pro.

If I need to disrupt the cycle, is it best to disrupt the dark hours or the light hours? I have it timed to go dark at 12am-6am, and it's going to be hard to move it during that time frame, but will do it if I need to. any tips or recommendations would be great. thanks. Rating: 5
