Help kicking the cigarettes please!
Weightlift, oh yeah, eating sweets is a good thing...And um...lets see...Patches? But they are crap..Gum is good..Not the nicorette and shit just regular gum. And a pen, to chew on or something since your probably in a habit of putting something in your mouth in that similar shape..
