Huh? Explain, please do, or better yet, lets educate you!

There is 28grams in one ounce.

3.5grams of 28grams, is an eigth of an ounce (1/8). 1/8 usually run about $30-$35, for high quality (here anyways, so please don't argue )

3.5grams x 2=7grams. 7g's is a quarter or an ounce (28g's), or a 1/4. Now, 7g's is double an 1/8, so do the math, and it will cost you around double the price, BUT, the more you buy at once, the cheaper the price usually gets. Unless your dealer is an ass.

7g's x 2=14g's. a 1/2 an ounce.

14g's x 2=28g's, which is a full ounce.

Now, if you want to break down into grams, it is quite easy.

a 1/16, which is a half an 1/8, is approx. 1.7grams. That's around $20 worth (again, from here).

If you want half of 1.7, it should be around 0.8grams, is normally known as a dimebag (dime=10)

There.
