From what I hear the guy moved into a position he shouldn't have been in without signaling those he was hunting with. When a bird flushed, he was in the wrong place with Cheney not knowing. A hunting friend of mine once shot his hunting partner in exactly the same type accident. Of course, after that, we put him on point anyway.
