Based on your logic I really hope you're no more than 17 or 18 years old. I'm also assuming you don't ever lock your doors, or wear a seat belt, because these are the same safety precautions as owning a gun. It's ok, you're just saying that your life isn't worth taking EVERY possible precaution inorder to save it, I guess some value their life a little more.

So I suppose your right. I do draw the line at taking precautions to ensure my personal safety. In that I don't put myself before my family, friends and loved ones. There are things, and more importantly other people in my life, who are indeed more important to me than life itself. And I don't forget it to justify owning a little piece of hardware to settle my own paranoia.

EDIT : If some motherfucker is in my house in the middle of the night, in my opinion, he is asking to get capped. also, im not crazy, i use hollow points or hydrashoks so that no one else next door loses their life, these cant even go through drywall, let alone go through a criminal then drywall. i always aim for center mass or legs, never head. thats just asking to be arrested.

If you outlaw guns you aren't taking them away from murderers, you're taking them away from law abiding people who want to protect their homes and their families. I just bought a Berrata CX4 Storm 9mm carbine. I have a Glock model 23 .40 cal (yes the oh-so-evil glock) that i keep in my car. I have a couple of .22 pistols, two Ruger .22 rifles, one WITH the FOLDING ASSAULT stock, and two 60 round bananna clips. I have access to a fucking .50 cal Armlite sniper rifle. I have a Mossberg 870 shot gun with all tactical accessories, including 10 rd tube extension, and barrel reloader.

I also hunt a lot. I turkey hunt, duck hunt, quail hunt, and have been elk and mule deer hunting once. I used to deer hunt but thats too slow for me.

What do you people think would happen if Bush wouldnt have bombed Iraq right after they killed thousands of Americans? WE WOULD HAVE BEEN ATTACKED AGAIN AND AGAIN.

Outlawing guns would be a dumb move because of how easy they are to make. Take the ones that are already out there and someone will make more and for a while he will be the only one with them till the other thousands of rich fuckers decide that they need em as well then you have a couple of the most ambitious and violent men on earth and they are the only ones with guns....does that sound like a bad idea to anyone else?

Movie huh? I'm sure it was cool. Santa Cruz isn't in socal. It's northern california, up by the bay area. Since it's obvious you have no idea where I live and what it's like, maybe you shouldn't talk so much shit just in case it turns out that there is a crime rate here... You think just maybe?

Although I have to admit. There's very little crime that requires guns to solve. More stabbings than anyone's comfortable with, but thankfully not to much in the way of guns.
