Handguns were banned in 1997 after the Dunblane massacre, when Thomas Hamilton opened fire at a primary school leaving 16 children and their teacher dead. I have not seen one since (apart from in the US), Just wondering if anyone still owned one. The ban is so strict, the UK Olypmic Pistol team must practice in another country. The ban was pointless IMO because firearm use in crime has not Rating: 5

First off torog, I'm sure it's easy to blame the libs for the fact that guns aren't allowed on school campuses anymore, but face facts. The problem was some of these people decided to start bringing their guns to school and shooting people. They weren't told to do so by the liberals, they just thought it sounded like a good idea.
You're probably right that liberals don't understand fearing your parents. but I don't see why that is relevant. Sounds like a whole 'nother issue for you conservatives to me...

And for you Tadaa, how to control? simple. make gun possession illegal. Sure, cops and military personal can still have their guns, when acting in regards to their duties, but regular citizens can't. All law-abiding persons would obviously turn theirs in then, and so we'd feel fine about "criminals" being busted for firearm possession.

Since then,liberals have taught a whole generation of kids to fear guns or in HollyWeird's case,to idolize them and make status symbols of em. If some of the teachers at Columbine school,had been armed,it would have saved many lives,if there weren't no gun zones around the school,folks could have rushed to the students and teachers aid. You may as well put up a sign saying "We are unarmed and helpless ",in fact,I dare those of you against guns,to put a sign like that in yer yard and see how quick it is,before you become a victim.

In regards to fearing the wrath of one's parents,once again,the liberals stepped in and said that we should treat our children like little adults and friends..as a result,we see the problems that we have today with children..liberal's answer to behaviour problems,is to medicate the child..rather than true discipline.

So..how many folks are you willing to make victims of criminals,before the toll becomes too high and we realize that folks have the right to defend themselves,with a gun if need be ? Bringing a baseball bat to a gunfight,is sure to git ya killed.

I tell you what,some folks sure do have some funny ideas about guns,I don't know why they don't understand,a bullet is the one thing,that criminals and politicians fear..the way I see it,the goverment and criminals,should be afraid of us,not the other way around.

u have a glock airsoft gun? i used to have one... its what persuaded me to get a real one.
innyway... i am not gonna say the same shit over and over again. heres how it is. guns are never gonna be eradicated. there should be some better control, because for every law abiding citizen with one there is a criminal or gang banger to match. i live in an area with one of the worst gun crime rates in the USA. That is why i have guns. i think that if someone has a clean criminal record, they can go ahead and get a gun. hunting is fine. it is regulated so that these animals arent going to go extinct. so all you fucking hippies, please stop bitching. thats my two cents for now.
