HELP-IS THIS A NUTE BURN?
Do you know the temperatures inside your grow room?
Hmmm... I know my plants had two or three leaves like that, but I never really took much notice, as the affected leaves where less than 10% of the plant.
But, in your case, just to make sure, I'd re-mix the nutrient mix, and make it 50% strength. Upgrade it gradually....
But again, I don't know if your problems are because of nutrient burn.

Hmmm... try the 1/2 strength nutrient mix...
BTW: Dude, take my advice with caution, I'm a newb. I'm not giving bad advice to you, but just in case, have the second opinion from somebody else. I would feel really bad if something happened to your plants because of my fault.
Another question::: It isn't over-watering, is it?

HELP-IS THIS A NUTE BURN?
MY BABIES GET THOSE KIND OF BURN LOOKING MARKS ON THIER LEAVES IF I GET ANY WATER ON 'EM WHEN I WATER. THEY DON'T FIX THEM SELVES. BUT IT DOESN'T SEEM TO HURT THE BABIES. GOOD LUCK
