if these are not felony charges and they are not then you could just leave and be ok--misdemeanors are not extradited to other states, you can call your county sherriffs office to ask them what there extradtion limit is--usually it will be something like 300 miles--so just move however far away plus some and dont go back!--and after 7 years, the warrant--if any is issued--will go away---I say move if your mom is cool enough to do it!
