K, here's my problem...
Heres the thing once your in the system the bastards got you. So spend the money on the first time instead of more on the second time. Also instead of paying fines and shit take the jail time county jails aren't that bad.

You're probably gonna disregard what I've said about love just 'cause we're young, but we're both 16...I don't know how comfortable I'd be asking her to leave her friends and home to be with me...

Love is powerful--It should never be disregarded if you have it!

K, here's my problem...
As someone thats been in the system for along time, my advice is to stay put. Your Moms got you into some of this, she has to understand you dont call the popo's, period. Sounds like she will be right back at it once you get settled into a new place. Your only 16 do your two years at home then all your probation should end, then get on that bad moitorscooter and ride, never look back. On the other hand your charges will not follow you if you abscond, so stay or go?

Additionally, violating your probation might be a felony charge, depending on the laws in your state. Running away doesn't solve anything.
As for your brother, he's learning to be a fuck up from you, so do yourself, him and your mother a favor and grow the fuck up. Stop smoking dope and get a fucking education, instead. When you actually become an adult you can make adult decisions.
I have no comment about whether you're in love or not because it has nothing to do with reality.
Good luck...

2) OK, he shouldn't have tagged the ramp, are you seriously saying that that's $500 in damages? You can't be serious
3) We had major money problems BEFORE all this
4) I have/am getting a fucking education. I have a tested IQ or 163, am getting pretty good grades, and I'm in the Gifted program.
5) I didn't see any whining, I saw explaining the situation...
6) How is writing your name on a skatepark ramp being a fuck up, and how am I teaching him to be a fuck up? Please enlighten me.
7) I highly doubt it'd be a felony charge, but it's worth looking into...and I'm pretty sure it WOULD solve something if probation went away, and that $700 for my brother did too
Whatever.

K, here's my problem...
1) You're 16 and you think that's all you did wrong? HAHAHA...
2) I'm not saying it's 500.00, the law said it. Liek you finally said, he shouldn't have done it. If he had NOT done it it wouldn't have cost 500.00.
3) And you and your brother have done nothing but make money matters worse, right? Do you have a JOB?
4) See #1
5) Again, see #1
6) Did the skatepark ramp belong to him? Did he not break a law and get busted for it? WTF do YOU think it's ok to write ANYTHING on other people's property? Enlightened?
7) It might not be, I don't know the laws in your state.
"Whatever."
Yeah, there's the right attitude, that'll help your family.

3) Have I not admitted that the original paraphenelia charge was my fault, as well as a mistake? Shit happens, its not like I did it on purpose. And yes, I do have a job.
4) What does having a high IQ and being educated have to do with #1...
5) Still not exactly sure what you're talking about... ""
6) Jesus Christ, I did not condone what he did, I didn't say it was OK, I didn't say it wasn't his fault, I DID say it doesn't make him a fuck up and I DID say I'm not "teaching him to be a fuck up"
"Whatever."

hey bro--he is a republican--just ignore him--they like to be dicks and argue about shit they shouldnt--generally speaking of course but very obvious in his case
where I live the officials encourage art and a name on a ramp is a form of artistic expression--not a crime, and a pipe is not a crime here -- neither is a big bag of ganja as long as you are not selling it--worst case here is a $100 fine--no jail or probation
