will these lights be ok? newbie

Hi,

I just bought lowryders and i plan on growing 40 of them i was wondering if 4 red 200w cfl's and one blue 200w cfl would do it?My grow space is 6ft long x3x3.Even though lowryders go straight into flowering i just thought i should get a blue anyway?what do you guys think?also what kinda yield do you think ill get from one of these guys?

would appreciate any input as this is so confusing.thanks

that will do you pretty well for a 1st grow with lowryders...Yield? who knows..grow with these lights and keep a journal. Maybe we can all learn something...get a nice fan or 2 for your space...I oscillate one and concentrate the other between the canopy and lights...hope this helps.lw

Thanks latewood, thats reasuring,ill keep a growlog from seed to bud. i'm gonna start in about 10 days i'm waiting on the lights to arrive and then im gonna plant,so check this thread out then and i'll post some pics of my growroom.

good deal...If you know your lights are coming...I would start them seeds right away...they won't need your new lights for a few days...lw

ok cool,i'll do that after work today.The lights dont have any reflectors with them but i am buying mylar to line the grow space so do you think if i used that as a reflector above the lights it would do the same job??:rasta:
