E27 light question

hi guys question about lights! for this bulb below, can i use a household E27 fiting for this bulb? and does anyone know where i could get a extension cord for this bulb? i have made a small not very good diagram.lol

iv looked everywhere for ths E27 bulb fitting extension cord !!! any help ????
