Whats a step up from Nirvana?

So I am part way thru my 2nd grow. 12/12 next week. Harvest before end of may when my first grandchild is due After this I will have grown 5 Nirvana strains. Now that I have some experience and some confidence, I am thinking of upgrading to something better. I can only grow about 9 plants in my closet (600W hps) and I put a lot of work into the grow, so I dont have a problem paying $15 a seed vs $1.50 ea from Nirvana if I get something for it.

What would be a good next choice? How much should I look to pay for a pack of seeds. Will these seeds be easier to grow because of their consistency or will they be very fussy. Should I wait and to more target practice on Nirvana?

What can I expect from the seed auctions - they run about $35 /10 seeds. Should I stick only with breeders that are well known?

    Thanks for any info

What would be a good next choice?

what have you grown and what type did you like?

How much should I look to pay for a pack of seeds.

that depends on what you want.. you get what you pay for..

Will these seeds be easier to grow because of their consistency or will they be very fussy.

should be about the same unless you get some really exotic strain..

Should I wait and to more target practice on Nirvana?

if you've done ok so far I don't see why you would want to wait..

What can I expect from the seed auctions

you can find some great strains in the auctions you just need to know what YOU want..

    - they run about $35 /10 seeds.

that would be on the cheap side of things.. I have seen them go for alot higher prices..

Should I stick only with breeders that are well known?

    YES

Thanks Bender, that answers most of my questions though I think we are talking at cross purposes here:

As I said I've only grown Nirvana - I am asking for BREEDER suggestions. I dont know yet what I like in breeders since I have no experience save with Nirvana. What I want are good seeds that make great marijuana plants. I am NOT asking for advice on particular strains.

Go for AK47 from Serious Seeds...quite expensive...but an excellent strain with many great reports....

Or go for some feminised seeds to make plant selection easier and faster....

Dutch Passion do some quality strains

You might want to get the Big book of Buds and choose an appealing strain. The seed breeder names are given with the strains. Gypsy Nirvana carries just about everything. I recently recieved some Masterlow seeds and they are the biggest, greenest seeds that I've ever seen, although I am a total novice so that doesn't mean much.
